The European Parliament approved the use of enhanced cooperation to provide a €90 billion support loan to Ukraine. This decision came after Czechia, Hungary, and Slovakia opted out of backing the loan. The Parliament fast-tracked the approval process, which now needs to be finalized between Parliament and Council.
